Job Summary


Manage direct new sales, for TAL software.



l          Familiarize with our software business and understand job function of direct sales and able to determine and develop customer face to face business in Hong Kong.

l          Able to conduct himself to make daily routine cold call to generate leads for the company as well managing the pipeline of all the direct business in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.

l          Work with the customers to promote the service in clients’ business unit and assist the client in rolling out the service.

l          Go event and conference team network the service in the market and assist the team in achieving target.

l          Organize presales, follow up leads, account follow up, front line customer support, and relationship selling is very important in this function.

l          Collect market feedbacks through calling the clients and help improve the overall customer satisfaction

l          Sales reporting required for this job function



l         Bachelor degree or above with 3 years above sales experience with enterprise software/solution product. Demonstrated sales track record to achieve on/beyond target.

l         Honest, hard-working. Has a good morality and responsibility.

l         Proficiency in Mandarin and English

l         Good communication, teamwork, planning and implement skills.
