负责规划并实施UpToDate临床顾问的数字市场活动

 

岗位职责

Ÿ           负责策划并实施数字营销及媒体计划,提高公司品牌知名度

Ÿ           负责网站、微信、电子新闻报、社交媒体等新媒体公众平台推广及日常运行工作;

Ÿ           挖掘和分析网站、微信、社交媒体用户需求,收集用户反馈,掌握相关热门话题;

Ÿ           提高微信、社交媒体粉丝活跃度,对粉丝的网络行为进行分析和总结;

Ÿ           利用SEOPPC等方式,对关键字搜索进行筛选、分析、总结

Ÿ           收集市场同行业信息,如:竞争对手推广模式,经营现状,发展与战略,市场策略等;

Ÿ           支持市场部的其他工作

 

岗位要求

Ÿ           本科及以上学历,有市场营销、医学等背景的尤佳;

Ÿ           2年以上的电子营销工作经验,有医疗行业市场营销经验的尤佳;

Ÿ           有一定数据分析能力、编辑能力,熟悉网络推广营销

Ÿ           超强的执行力,能够快速推进相关工作、贯彻既定工作计划和策略;

Ÿ           熟练使用OfficePhotoshopAdobe IllustratorCorelDraw等工具,并熟悉HTML语言;

Ÿ           头脑灵活、思想丰富,做事不拘一格

Ÿ           优秀的中英文书面写作和口头交流能力

Role’s Mission:

Work as part of the marketing team to design, develop, deliver, and monitor digital marketing campaigns. The purpose of the role is to drive a greater volume of leads into the organization in pursuit of increasing sales, while at the same time, creating stronger brand awareness in the market with an aim of achieving brand synonymy of “UpToDate临床顾问” with “Smarter Decisions. Better Care.”

 

Responsibilities:

Ÿ           Running campaigns to develop leads for the company and to drive online traffic to the company website and social media.

Ÿ           Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and social media.

Ÿ           Developing digital marketing campaigns

Ÿ           Utilizing a range of techniques and ensuring that activities are optimizing our website and social media exposure.

Ÿ           Create and maintain regular traffic reports for the business with clear analysis to guide editorial, product development and commercial decision making

Ÿ           Helping deliver the social media strategy for the company. Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc.).

Ÿ           Running online brand and sales campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Ÿ           Being involved with the redesign of the company website, social media and publicity materials.

Ÿ           Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and social media.

Ÿ           Be involved with the planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

Ÿ           Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Ÿ           Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Ÿ           Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Ÿ           Ensure data, learning and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported back to the business.

Ÿ           Ensure the appropriate branding and brand messages are used in campaigns.

Ÿ           Maintain excellence in digital media and future technology market understanding and be an ambassador for digital within the business.

Ÿ           Works with other parties including other departments and other 3rd party providers to ensure website/WeChat visibility and functionality.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ÿ           Understands digital marketing strategy development and how consumers respond to various forms of media.

Ÿ           Displays a firm understanding of using digital media to sell products.

Ÿ           Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

Ÿ           Possesses the knowledge required to measure, increase and maintain website/WeChat traffic.

Ÿ           Shows keen understanding of social media and how it can be used to reach consumers.

Ÿ           Possesses strong communication skills and displays confidence when speaking aloud or in writing.

Ÿ           Is able to persuade consumers to purchase products through various digital means.

Ÿ           Displays extensive knowledge in relation to the product or service being marketed.

 

Qualifications:

Ÿ           Bachelor degree or above, preferably with degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.

Ÿ           3~5 years marketing or business relevant work experiences with 2 years digital marketing experience in the healthcare industry.

Ÿ           Proven track record in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective marketing campaigns with a ‘content driven’ focus (including but not limited to digital marketing channels, e.g. SEM, social media, email, viral), that lead to notable increases in inbound traffic/leads and unique users.

Ÿ           Excellent analytical and reporting skills with strong business sense.

Ÿ           Understanding of SEO, SEM and how to set up sites and campaigns to ensure they are optimized for search engines and campaign results.

Ÿ           Knowledge and relationship with the key healthcare industry players e.g. News/Media players.

Ÿ           Understanding of excellent social media practice.

Ÿ           Experience of "outsourcing" e.g. working with buying teams, creative agencies, etc.

Ÿ           Understanding of working across different departments.

Ÿ           Experience in ecommerce, SEO, SEM, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.

Ÿ           Advanced Skill in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and HTML.

Ÿ           Fluent Chinese and English language communication skills.
