岗位职责:

 

专业内容编辑工作:
- 负责维护产品上专业内容的更新,确保内容专业、准确

- 策划或更新热点专题内容,确保专题专业、准确、及时
- 指导初级编辑的内容编辑工作
维护和开发合作作者:
- 积极发展专业内容的合作作者群,并与作者们一起把最新的专业内容通过恰当表现形式发布到产品上
产品支持服务:
- 提供在线的客户支持服务,确保客户满意度
- 为内部同事提供涉及产品的咨询服务,并积极参与市场推广活动
- 协助销售拜会客户并演示产品,在需要的时候协助提供销售方案,增加销售机会
外包工作管理:
- 根据需要,管理并安排实习生工作
- 根据需要,对其他外包商等进行管理
生产流程改进:
- 与技术人员合作,持续改进生产效率和效果
项目管理:
- 独立管理定制化的项目,从需求分析到提供解决方案,在签约项目后能够协调团队完成项目的实施
产品改进:
- 定期对收集到的客户需求进行分析,对同类产品进行竞品分析,发现不足,并提供可执行的产品改进方案
- 对于专业内容持续关注,收集相关需求信息,开发新的内容栏目及表现形式

任职资格:

 

l         财税专业本科以上学历,211/985院校优先

l         税务师事务所或会计师事务所工作经验3年以上,“四大”工作经验优先

l         对于财税类信息收集、分析汇编等工作有较强的兴趣

l         具有文字工作的严谨性

l         熟悉Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件

l         具备良好的英语听说读写能力

l         工作责任心强,具有良好的服务意识和敬业精神

l         具有较良好的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力

Job Title: Senior Tax Editor

Reporting Line: Sr. Editorial Manager

Location: Beijing

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Edit professional information
- be responsible for updating professional contents in products, and ensure professionalism and accuracy thereof

- find or update hot topics, and ensure specialty, accuracy and timeliness thereof

- provide guidance on editor’s content work

 

Keep and develop authors for cooperation
- actively develop an author pool for cooperation in professional information, and convert together with such authors authorized professional contents up to date into products in an appropriate way 

 

Provide product support

- provide online customer support service to ensure customer satisfaction

- offer internal colleagues with consultation service concerning products, and actively participate in marketing activities

- assist sales in visiting potential customers by demonstrating products and offering sale packages if necessary to increases opportunities of successful sale

Manage outsourcing
- manage and arrange internship jobs as needed

- manage other outsourcing vendors as needed
 

Improve production flow
- cooperate with technicians in continuous improvement of production efficiency and effect
 

Manage projects
- manage independently a customized project, including demand analysis and offering solutions, and coordinate the team to complete the project implementation after conclusion of the contract
 

Improve products

- analyze customer demands collected on a regular basis, make competition analyses of similar products, find out shortcomings of our products, and offer a constructive improvement program

- constantly focus on professional contents, collect relevant demand information, and develop new content columns and representation forms

 

Qualifications:

l         Academic background in tax or accounting discipline, 211/985 university background is preferred

l         At least 3 years experience in Accounting firm or Tax firm, big four experience is a plus

l         Have strong interest in tax information gathering and analyzing

l         Great strictness on paper work

l         Familiar with Office tools such as Word, Excell, PPT

l         Good English verbal and written capability

l         Strong sense of responsibility, good sense of service and professionalism

l         Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience during collaboration
